Last week, the MongoDB User Group Belgrade gathered once again, this time diving into Atlas Search Fundamentals.

The evening started the way all good tech meetups should—with networking, food, and drinks. Once everyone was settled, I led a deep-dive session covering how Atlas Search works under the hood and, more importantly, how to apply it effectively in real-world applications.

The highlight of the evening came afterward: participants had the chance to take the MongoDB Search Fundamentals Skill Badge test on the spot. Many walked away with their badges earned, and the fastest, most accurate test-takers took home some well-deserved MongoDB swag.

What makes these events special is the engagement. The questions were thoughtful, the discussions were lively, and the energy in the room reminded me why community meetups matter.
